In existing-business mode, your company plays toward a single goal, 24/7. Here's how real goal shapes map to the four missions that do the work.
Revenue and MRR goals — "Increase my MRR by $10K," "Grow my business by $15K a month," "Add $5K in monthly revenue," "Double my monthly revenue." These lean hardest on Answer buyers (finding people already asking for what you sell and giving them the best answer in the thread) and Catch the switchers (spotting a competitor's frustrated customers and showing them a better option) — both put your company directly in front of someone ready to pay.
Audience and views goals — "Grow my Instagram by 10K followers," "Add 1M views a month." These lean on Own your niche (launching social and news pages your ideal customers follow, all pointing to you) and Win the AI answer (SEO and AEO, so ChatGPT and Google name you when people ask) — both are about compounding visibility rather than one-off conversions.
Sales-call goals — "Book 30 more sales calls a month." This one draws on all four missions at once: answering buyers and catching switchers to find the people, owning your niche and winning the AI answer to keep the pipeline filling.
This is existing-business mode — growing something you already have. Starting from zero with no business yet is a separate mode (Sandbox); see the modes above for how that works.
